It is the Customer’s’ responsibility to inspect Card Orders upon arrival for any damage. If product(s) are damaged, the customer must notify Little Innocents Collection within 48 hours. Any damage reported after 48 hours is the responsibility of the customer and Little Innocents Collection by Roxanne is not liable for the damages.

We are responsible for the return shipment of damaged product(s) and we will replace them at no cost to the customer. All original sales are final.
If you wish to return or exchange your eligible product(s), contact us within 48 hours upon delivery of your order. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
